Sales Department
All problems connected with fulfillment of a purchasing order are solved by the Purchaser through his representative - a Manager of the Sales Department, who organizes and supervises interaction of production and logistics.
We are interested in long-term relations with building organizations therefore we offer to our partners the scheme of relations which is: «one Client – one Manager» . This scheme allows for creating qualitative relations between both parties of the project and covers organization, supervision and accompanying of shipment as well as timely flow of documents.
Logistics Department. Delivery.
Our products are not just concretes and mortars, but the concretes and the mortars at the building site. Quality control must cover not only the production, but the services as well.
The Logistics Department is dealing with the problems connected with distribution of orders by delivery dates and construction projects in such a way as to provide delivery in strict correspondence with the agreed time schedule.
Convenient location of the plants in the center of Saint-Petersburg allows delivery of the concrete and the mortar in due time to any point of Saint-Petersburg or Leningrad region.
PO “BETONIKA” has in hands modern transport facilities.
Any kind of technique can be provided at will of the Client:- Mixer trucks of 6 to 10 cub m capacity;
- Mixer trucks with flow channels;
- Mixer trucks with conveyor band;
- Mixer trucks with truck-mounted concrete pumps (PUMi);
Truck-mounted concrete pumps: boomless (with concrete delivery pipelines up to 100 m), with a boom of 16 to 52 m, with additional concrete delivery pipelines up to 60 m.
Concrete is delivered by mixer trucks at any time convenient for the Client.
All special technique of PO “BETONIKA” is furnished with global positioning system (GPS), that allows to orientate and know all the answers in complicated road situation and to perform delivery of products according to time schedule agreed-upon with the Client.
For quick delivery of the concrete and the mortar throughout Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad region every day we have in hands at least 35 mixer trucks of 6 to 10 cub m capacity and truck-mounted concrete pumps with boom length of 16 to 52 m.
Mobile Laboratory
Innovative products require especially scrupulous quality control and observation of all regulatory requirements. The Laboratory checks characteristics of concrete mixture and gives an advisory opinion concerning technological properties and curing of the concrete in compliance with normative and technical documentation.
The Mobile Laboratory of PO “BETONIKA” has its own transport and all necessary equipment corresponding to Russian state norms and standards. On arrival to the project site the specialists of the Mobile Laboratory give gratis advisory services on the procedure of placing the concrete mixture and, if necessary, make corrections to formulations taking into account specific conditions of concreting (a distance to the building site, weather conditions, scheme of concreting and importance of the structure).
