Production

High quality of products, uninterrupted day-and-night work,
transport and laboratory services – all these allow PO “BETONIKA”
 to be a reliable partner able to meet any needs of present-day building industry.

PO “BETONIKA” produces high-quality concretes and mortars of any brand with various admixtures. The Plants are equipped with modern automated line with computer-controlled dosing of raw material. We have a large storehouse for concrete aggregates, necessary special technique, our own mechanical repair facilities. The Association develops partnership with raw material suppliers, producers of chemical admixtures for concretes, with engineering teams.

In production of concretes and mortars various admixtures are used that increase strength, water-tightness, frost-resistance and enhance quality of concrete mixtures.
We produce:

1. Ready-mixed concrete of M100-M500 brands.
2. Ready-mixed concrete with admixtures.
3. Mortar for erection of M50-M200 brands.
4. Mortar for erection with admixtures.

Mortars for erection with better characteristics of workability and bonding.

Complex mortars:  have increased strength, are easy to place, provide the surface with high resistance to wear and aggressive medium.

Build mortars -  to produce build mortars, as an aggregate we use  only sea sand with 2-2.5 mm fineness modulus.

Ready-mixed concretes: all range of traditional products from B7.5 (M100) to B40 (M550) covering construction of residential, commercial and industrial premises totally.

Fine concrete (sand concrete) – concrete of dense structure on cement binding agent and dense fine aggregates.

Self-consolidated concrete – with rather high mobility and low content of water, these concretes consolidate well owing to their own mass, without additional external consolidating energy. Self-consolidated concretes fill the forms well, including the spaces among the reinforcement rods. An unconditional advantage of their usage is a wide range of shapes and geometry of structures. Absence of compaction excludes defects, provides high quality of surface. Working time is reduced significantly, while high mobility makes placing easier that gives rather high savings when working at site.

Fibrous concretes (basalt fibrous concretes, steel fibrous concretes) – in their production metallic, polymer or mineral fiber and corrective additives are used. Fibrous concretes possess such characteristics as bending strength and tension that in some cases allows to avoid steel reinforcement when making piles, floors, roadbed.

Hydraulic concretes resistant to attack of water. Hydraulic concretes are water-tight, frost-resistant, demonstrate high tensile and compression strength and limited heat release when curing.
